The Original Pink Box is excited to offer international shipping! We’ve partner up with Zonos to seamlessly allow international orders. Before you begin shopping, please be sure you start by selecting your country. Certain areas may have restrictions, but Zonos will filter the available items. This guide will walk you through how to place your order.
At this time, any Free Shipping services (select products) are only available to the Lower 48 States.
Step 1: Click on Flag
Look for the flag bubble on the bottom right of the screen. Click this to open up the country selector.
Step 2: Select Your Country
Scroll until you find our country and click on it.
Step 3: Read Excerpt
Once you select your country, there will be a little excerpt for you to read about any relevant information you should know before placing international orders.
Step 4: Start Shopping
Now the fun part: shopping! Check out our store and add what you’d like to the Cart.
*Note: when you select your country, the flag bubble changes and the currency will automatically convert.
Step 5: Review Your Cart
When you’re ready to checkout, click the basket at the top of the page to bring you to the Cart screen. You can review your order here. Click Proceed to Checkout to enter your international address.
*Note: Please disregard any shipping calculations done here, and don’t change the address in this section.
Step 6: Enter Address
Once in the Checkout screen, you’ll be able to enter your international address. The first section will be your shipping address (the physical address where we need to send your item). If you have a different billing address, please select the checkbox to fill that out below.
Step 7: Select Shipping
After your shipping address has been filled out, Zonos will automatically find and list the shipping options available to you.
Under this section, you will also see any applicable duties and taxes added. This number will be a guaranteed total landed cost – additional VAT or taxes will NOT be added after you place your order.
Step 8: Place Order
The final step is completing your order. This section will be filled out and calculated based on your address entered in Step 6.
