The Original Pink Box parent company is Cala Industries, and warranties are managed through Cala Industries.
The Original Pink Box Warranty & Replacement Parts Policy applies to all products purchased directly from The Original Pink Box, either in-store or online. This policy outlines what is and is not covered by the warranty and how to acquire replacement parts for your products purchased from The Original Pink Box, including eligible items and the steps you need to take to register your warranty.
Please note: our warranty does not cover products sold as discounted, clearanced, or in “as-is condition”. Our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is void if purchased secondhand or from consignment stores.
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase for the for the as long as the original purchaser owns the product or for amount of time specified below.
Cala Industries obligation to repair or replace defective parts in accordance with the terms set forth herein shall be the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy. Cala Industries shall not be liable for any damage for loss of the product or consequential damages of any kind. The company neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liabilities beyond the conditions set forth in this warranty, in connection with the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1-Year Warranty
Our 1-year warranty includes, but not limited to, the following items:
- Power Tools
- Bare Tools
- Chargers
- Batteries
How Register Your Warranty
You must register your warranty within 30 days of purchase and will need a copy of your receipt. Please fill out our online form to register:
How to Use Your Warranty
If you believe this product is defective, please email at info@calaindustries.com or call at 602-675-4691. Please let us know the model number, the date of purchase, and what the problem is.
Please note, there may be follow up questions for troubleshooting and may require a photo of the product and it’s issue.
If the product is defective, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you. Please do not ship your product back to the store, distributor, or to us unless we send you written instructions for return. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed. A copy of your original purchase receipt must accompany the return.
Not Covered by Warranty
Cala Industries warranty does not cover the shipping cost to send replacement parts.
Cala Industries shall not be liable for, nor shall this warranty include or apply to, any loss or damage caused by or resulting from the following:
- Use of the product in a manner other than as specified in this product manual or use of the product beyond its rated capacity or specifications
- Modifications or alterations
- Floods, Fires, earthquakes, tornado, vandalism or other acts of nature, including windstorms, lightning and hail damage or any other insurable loss under standard fire and extended coverage plans
- Abuse, misuse, negligence handling, improper or inadequate maintenance, tampering, or accident, including chemicals that can damage powder coat finish or cause rust;
- Accessories, alterations, attachments or other devices not furnished by the company
- Failure of buyer to follow operating procedures or the instructions of the company, or to provide a suitable operating environment.
Upon receiving shipments, customers must inspect them before acceptance; Cala Industries disclaims responsibility for damage or missing parts post-acceptance. Damaged or missing parts will require a claim to be filed with the carrier (most likely with UPS, USPS, or Estes).
WARNING • Do not open more than one drawer at a time. • Keep children away. • Lock ALL drawers before moving any workbench or roll around cabinet • Apply brakes on casters when not moving unit if your unit has casters. • Do not step in or on drawer.
