The protective case is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the case. Cases that have been modified are not covered under warranty. Any liability, either expressed or implied, is limited to replacement of the case and not its contents. This warranty is void if the case has seen excessive abuse or blatant neglect beyond normal and sensible wear and tear. The power tools, battery and charger are backed by a limited one-year warranty.
